We swap DonutSMP in-game money for Litecoin in both directions, at the rates shown on the AutoSell and AutoBuy panels in Discord. Rates change without notice. Whatever rate was showing when your order was created is the rate you get.

The IGN saved in your settings has to match the account that pays the bot. A payment from any other account won't be credited. Payouts go to the Litecoin address in your settings, and we can't reverse one sent to an address you entered wrong.

Orders expire if they aren't paid in the time shown on the order. Paying too much or too little can hold things up and may need a staff review through a ticket. Payments are matched by exact amount, so send exactly what you're quoted.

Litecoin payments can't be reversed. Network fees come out of the payout. How long confirmations take is not something we control.

We can close buying or selling at any time, cap how big an order can be, or turn down a trade. That includes anything we think involves fraud, chargebacks, stolen accounts, or rule-breaking on DonutSMP.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by DonutSMP or Mojang. Trading in-game currency may break the server's own rules. You use this service at your own risk.

Open a ticket for any problem with an order and hang on to your order ID. Charging back or opening a dispute instead of talking to us means a permanent ban.

These terms can change at any time. If you keep using the service, you're accepting whatever the current version says.
