Can I trade on this website?
No. This site just explains how things work. Every order gets made in Discord through the bot. If some site calling itself AutoSell asks you to connect a wallet or put in card details, it isn't us.
How long does a payout take?
The bot sends it as soon as it matches your payment, normally under two minutes. After that it's the Litecoin network's problem, which is usually another couple of minutes. Network fees come out of the payout.
What if I send the wrong amount?
Orders match on the exact figure you were quoted, so over or under won't go through automatically. You haven't lost it. Open a ticket with your order ID and staff will sort it out by hand.
Do I have to verify my in-game name?
You set your IGN once in the bot's Settings, and it has to match the account that pays. Depending on how things are set up you might get asked to send a small amount in-game to prove the account is actually yours.
Why is buying more expensive than selling?
Same reason every exchange has a spread. We buy a bit under and sell a bit over. That gap covers network fees, the price moving while an order is open, and keeping stock around.
Where do I see the current rates?
In Discord, on the AutoSell and AutoBuy panels. They update by themselves. We don't put them on this site because a number here would go stale and mislead someone.
Is this allowed on DonutSMP?
We're independent and not affiliated with DonutSMP or Mojang. Trading in-game currency for real money might be against the server's rules. Have a read of them and make your own call.
Can I get a refund?
Litecoin payments can't be reversed, so a finished payout can't be pulled back. If an order breaks before it finishes, open a ticket and we'll fix it. Charging back instead of talking to us gets you banned.
Is there a minimum?
Yes, and it's shown on the panel in Discord along with the current rate. It's there because tiny trades cost more in network fees than they're worth.
Do I need to be online when I buy?
No. The bot logs in and pays you whenever your payment lands. You just need the IGN on the order to be right.
